Serrated Blades
Serrated blades are defined by both the blade body and the tooth form. MEIRENTE reviews tooth profile, pitch, mounting details and cutting application together so a custom tape knife or serrated blade matches the approved drawing.

Toothed knives are used for adhesive tape, packaging, film, fibre, food and other materials where the tooth initiates or controls the cut. Tooth form should match the material, cutting motion and support provided by the machine.
Pitch, tooth depth, included angle, set direction and edge finish can be as important as overall blade size. Slots, holes and locating notches must be measured from agreed datums so the replacement knife sits correctly in the holder.
Provide a drawing when available. If only a sample is available, send clear images of the full blade, teeth, both faces and mounting features together with the equipment reference and material being cut.
For a custom review, send the drawing or sample dimensions together with the machine and application details you already have. Final specifications are confirmed before production.
