Straight, notched and machine-specific profiles can be produced from confirmed drawings. Material, hardness, thickness, bevel and finish should balance wear resistance with the toughness required by the cutter and the risk of edge chipping.
Send both blade-face photos, the holder interface, dimensions and images of the cut fiber or current wear pattern. This evidence helps identify whether the request is primarily dimensional, material-related or connected to machine condition.
