Laminate Flooring Plank Profile Cutting Blades
Profile cutting can create or finish the manufacturer-defined edge geometry on a laminate flooring blank. Work only from approved CAD, reference faces and profile gauges. The visible surface may pass while the core breaks at a narrow land or the mechanical locking feature moves out of position, so inspect and gauge the full profile rather than applying film-style waste-matrix rules.

Identify whether the supplied stock is a large laminated press board before profiling, an unprofiled plank blank or a finished plank with machined locking edges. Confirm overlay and décor, core type, backing layer, thickness, surface texture, protective film and material direction. EPLF describes laminate flooring as a rigid multilayer product whose exact construction and worked edges vary; it does not define every customer product or any MEIRENTE knife specification.
