Tungsten Carbide Fiber Cutting Blades
MEIRENTE makes tungsten carbide fiber cutting blades for polyester (PET), nylon (PA) and polypropylene (PP). We use ultrafine-grain tungsten carbide and manufacture non-standard sizes to your drawing or sample.

Material and Blade Geometry
The material for this blade range is ultrafine-grain tungsten carbide. The photos show two blade samples; the edge angle and finished dimensions follow the drawing for each order.
When specifying carbide fiber cutter knives, include the blade thickness and how the blade locates in the holder. A matching length and width alone do not establish that a replacement will fit.

PET, PA and PP Fiber Cutting Applications
Our chemical fiber cutting blades are used with the following materials:
- Polyester (PET) fiber cutting blades.
- Nylon (PA) fiber cutting blades.
- Polypropylene (PP) fiber cutting blades.
The same blade specification should not be assumed to suit all three materials or every machine. Tell us the fiber material, its form at the cutting position and the required cut length. We review these details with the blade dimensions, holder and edge geometry for your order.

These dimensions are reference configurations for an enquiry, not a stock list. Other sizes can be made to the agreed drawing. Confirm the dimensional tolerances, edge angle and any locating features before ordering.

Thin carbide fiber cutting blades in the 0.5, 0.7 and 0.9 mm reference thicknesses are listed alongside thicker configurations. Use the required thickness and its tolerance from your blade drawing rather than selecting by appearance.
Custom Fiber Cutting Blades and Replacement Orders
We supply fiber cutting blades made to drawings or physical samples. For non-standard fiber cutting knives, the drawing should identify the overall dimensions, clamping area, locating features, cutting edge and inspection requirements.
For replacement blades for fiber cutting machines, send the existing blade drawing or sample together with the machine brand, model and holder details. A machine name alone is not enough to confirm compatibility.
The fiber being cut and the required cut are part of the enquiry. Include the fiber type, its form at the cutting position and the problem with the current blade, such as incomplete cuts or edge damage. These details help define what needs to be checked on the replacement.

Packed Blades and Order Identification

The photograph shows 30 × 10 × 0.5 mm carbide blades in foam-lined boxes. This size is included in the reference table. The quantity printed on the batch labels is not a minimum order quantity.
When reordering, provide the previous drawing revision or order reference as well as the dimensions. Confirm any changes to material, edge geometry or packing before manufacture.

If you are replacing a blade without a complete drawing, tell us which dimensions are measured and which still need checking. Final specifications are agreed before production.
